Customized Coaching Programs
Grow2Sell® delivers coaching programs that are tailored to the needs and aspirations of our Clients. Our Clients come to us from different industries and with companies of varying sizes and stages of maturity. Moreover, each is dealing with a unique set of challenges and long-term goals.
For these reasons, we have developed several different coaching program options to accommodate a range of situations. All Grow2Sell® coaching is ultimately focused on creating increased business value for the owner, whether s/he plans to sell (or otherwise transfer) the company in the near or distant future.
During our Onboarding Process, we use the information that Clients share about their businesses to match them to the program option that best suits their needs. A major consideration in this process is also the Client’s budget and anticipated time commitment to the coaching process.
For optimum outcomes, all Grow2Sell® coaching options require some effort on the Client’s part. In addition, all involve regular one-on-one meetings with the coach, which take place via Zoom.Schedule a Free 15-Minute Discovery Call!
The Grow2Sell® 4-Step Onboarding Process
When enrolling new Clients in our coaching programs, the process typically involves the following four steps:
Step 1: Free 15-Minute Discovery Call
The purpose of the Discovery Call is:
- Brief introductions
- Brief, very high-level overview of business
- What does the business do? What products or services does it sell?
- Approximate Annual revenue
- Business Wellness Check:
- Weaknesses, and Pain Points for the owner/Coaching Client
- Any future plans for the business?
- Schedule Free 60-Minute Strategy Call
Step 2: Free 15-Minute Online Questionnaire
Immediately following the Discovery Call, Coaching Client will receive a link to a 15-minute online Questionnaire about his/her business. The answers to this multiple-choice Questionnaire will serve as the basis for the Free 60-Minute Strategy Call.
Step 3: Free 60-Minute Strategy Call
During the 60-Minute Strategy Call, we will achieve the following objectives:
- Discuss results of Questionnaire around your Strengths and Opportunities.
- Scenario Planning
- Illustrate potential impact of small and large adjustments to the current business model
- Understanding the ROI of Grow2Sell® Coaching
- Choose Best Coaching Program Option. We will review our menu of coaching programs and select the option that best fits the needs and aspirations of the Client.
- Schedule Your First Coaching Session
Assuming that we are the right choice for each other, we will conclude the Strategy Call by scheduling our First Coaching Session together.
Step 4: Enrollment
Following the 60-Minute Strategy Call, Client will complete the Onboarding Process by providing payment information and signing our Business Coaching and Consulting Agreement. Please note: we cannot begin working together until this step has been completed. Once everything is in place, Client will receive Zoom invitation for the First Coaching Session.
Though we make every effort to match new clients to the coaching program that best meets their needs, sometimes things may still not work out as planned.

We want you to stay with us only if you are totally happy! If you no longer feel that we are a good match, just give us a 30-day notice, and we will discontinue services and charges.
